The second series of our 2007 public certification programmes, this 2-day intermediate level workshop will be held at our offices in Bristol, UK. The topics covered in the workshop include Standard Solutions and S-Field Modelling, ARIZ, 'real voice of the customer', Advanced Trends, Perception Mapping, Psychological Inertia tools and start-to finish case studies. (Delegates enrolled on the certification programme will also be expected to work on their first project during and beyond the workshop). |
Theory of Everything 3.0 Research The 20th Century was a century of specialisation and the realisation of knowing more and more about less and less. We believe the early part of the 21st Century will see a shift towards integration and a higher level understanding of all of the different parts of a ‘theory of everything’ jigsaw. Of course that won’t be the end of the road, merely a stepping stone to another period of specialisation. Our largest long-term research project is about playing a part in the synthesis of the next theory of everything. If all (or most parts of) existing knowledge are both correct and sometimes contradictory, we need to change our perspective in order to resolve those contradictions. We try to do this while focusing on delivering tools and strategies to help our clients do a better job of understanding and serving their customers. There are five main strands we are hoping to weave together. These are the strands and the giants on whose shoulders
