Systematic Innovation Certification Programme – Project Facilitation

Project facilitation is usually designed to suit each individual sponsoring client.
in most cases the following is applied:

Budgeting: we assume that IFR will provide 8 days worth of support during the programme.
This assumes a maximum of 16 delegates enrolled in the programme.
This support comprises 8 days of input from the programme tutor and another 8 days
background support from the IFR research team.

Each delegate can assume they will receive around 5 days of support.
The main aim of the projects is for delegates to demonstrate their competence in the use of TRIZ.
Project support, therefore, is about offering external guidance and recommendations.
Project support does not mean that we will use the tools on behalf of the delegate.


Once we agree a price for a programme, the risk in terms of project support commitment is
With IFR. Specifically, this means that if more support is required, then the client does not
pay for this additional time.

It is always our aim to be flexible. Every programme is potentially different from every other one.
