We are always on the look-out for creative individuals to join our organization. There is no formula for our ideal team member, but here are a few key words we use as a recruiting guide:-

    Learner
in times of change, the learner will inherit the earth while the learned will find themselves well equipped to deal with a world that no longer exists’ (Eric Hoffer)

    Persistence
we take on difficult problems from some of the world’s best companies. They know their business and they’ve explored ‘every’ solution possibility to almost every problem. Our job is to go beyond and find the unfindable. Beyond having a great problem solving process, the next most important requirement is a never-stop ability to stick with things when all hope appears lost. We supply the great process; you supply the persistence.

    Eggshells
how you sell a solution to a domain expert when that person has spent sometimes many months not solving the problem is one of the world’s most difficult jobs. A massive paradox - how to simultaneously appear confident enough to be credible and humble enough to know check your ego at the door on the way in. Can you run across eggshells without breaking the eggs?

    Occupassion
anyone looking for a 9-to-5 job is unlikely to fit in. Work-life balance is crucial to everyone; we’re looking for the person that is passionate about both sides of that balance and lives life accordingly.

The most reliable way for us to begin the process of finding the rare, rare individual possessing these skills begins when you fill in the following questionnaire. Download here

The questionnaire contains an unsolved problem, and we’d like to see how you’d go about solving it. As well as helping us to find you, every two months we will change the problem and (with your permission!) publish the best strategies and solutions. This way, whether or not you’re successful in getting to our next selection stage, you get to find out more about what we’re looking for (and see how your solutions rank next to those of other applicants). See previous problems here

be in touch with you before that date.
